Desktop reading magnifier

This item is a ClearView Optelec video magnifier and it cost £3,000 when bought new.
It sits on top of a table, it has to be plugged in and you can adjust the size of the text.
There is an operating manual included and it is as good as new.
It is quite heavy so would have to stay in situ.
